Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

• Eligibility: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, contact us at info@teeleine.ie.

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
